Ordering and payment
This site is a product catalog. Checkout takes place on a linked selling platform when a product listing is available. We do not collect card details on this website. Check the product listing and checkout for the actual selling price, condition, availability, taxes, dispatch estimate and shipping costs.
Market reference prices
Displayed TCGplayer prices are dated market references, not guaranteed offers or automatically refreshed prices. Each product links to its source. Koush Kards is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with TCGplayer or Pokémon.
Shipping
Shipping options, destinations, charges and delivery estimates are provided by the platform at checkout. Refer to your order for the promised dispatch date and tracking updates. Confirm your delivery address before paying. If you notice an address error, contact us and use the platform’s order-help process promptly.
Live pack openings
A live-rip purchase authorizes opening the sealed product on camera on your behalf. All cards from your packs, including bulk and Energy cards, are included. Contents are random; a specific card, grade or value is never guaranteed. Check the listing for handling of empty packaging, accessories and oversized cards. Use only the official linked product listing for payment.
Returns, cancellations and order issues
Eligibility and deadlines are governed by the selling platform’s applicable policies and any rights required by law. Read those terms before purchasing, especially for trading cards and products opened live. A disappointing pull does not mean an item is defective. This does not limit valid claims for an incorrect, damaged, missing or misdescribed order.
For an order issue, contact info@koushkards.com and open a request through the platform where you purchased. Include your order number and relevant photos. Keep the packaging while an issue is being reviewed. Do not mail a return until instructions are provided.
Privacy
This website has no account system, payment form, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider may process routine access logs such as IP addresses, browser details and request times to deliver and secure the site. Links to TikTok, Instagram, X and TCGplayer take you to external services with their own privacy practices.
If you email us, we receive the information and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to your inquiry, discuss a collection or handle an order issue, and retain them as needed for those purposes and applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell email inquiry information. Please do not send payment-card details or identity documents by email. Contact info@koushkards.com with privacy questions or requests.
